1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of in-person yoga classes offered by Wave of Yoga through the website www.waveofyoga.com. www.waveofyoga.com.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made online via the site, with secure payment through Stripe.
A class is considered booked once payment is confirmed.
Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the class starts (especially for the “mat provided” option).

3. Participant Limit

Each class is limited to 15 participants. Beyond this, bookings are no longer accepted.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT.
Rates may include optional add-ons (e.g., mat rental), clearly indicated during booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation by the client: :
• Up to 12h avant before class: full refund.
• Moins de 12h avant : 12 hours before: no refund..

Cancellation by Wave of Yoga: :
• In case of cancellation (e.g., due to weather), Wave of Yoga reserves the right to cancel up to 10 minutes before the start of class.

6. Health & Liability

Participation in yoga classes offered by Wave of Yoga is under the full responsibility of the client. pleine responsabilité du client.

Each participant confirms that they:

• • Are in good physical and mental health, fit to practice yoga safely.

• • Have no medicalcontraindication to practicing yoga.

• Have, if necessary, consulted their physician before beginning or resuming yoga.

Under no circumstances can Wave of Yoga or its legal representative be held liable for any accident, injury, or incident occurring during or after the class, related to health conditions, incorrect posture execution, or participant inattention.

Each student is encouraged to listen to their body, practice within their limits, and inform the teacher in advance of any condition, injury, or concern that could impact their practice.

7. Governing Law

These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
