The philosophy behind my yoga classes
I like to explore a theme in each class, with the idea of creating a space where body and mind come together.

Breathing
Pranayama is at the heart of my practice. It's an essential tool to calm the mind, manage emotions and stress, deepen postures, and expand breathing capacity.

Alignment
Working on body (and mind) alignment in each posture is fundamental. In my classes, I like to give cues to help understand and feel each pose.

Adaptation
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical condition or flexibility. Each posture is presented with options to suit all bodies and levels.

Meditation
Physical and mental release is a central part of my classes. The postures and breathing are designed to prepare the meditative state of well-being in final Shavasana.
Nice to meet you
My journey
I discovered yoga at a time in my life when I was going through repeated injuries and rehab.
At first, I turned to yoga to improve flexibility and strengthen my deep muscles—little did I know it would change my life.
Over time, I relearned how to breathe, manage stress and emotions, gain openness and physical strength, and calm my mind.
One day, I wanted to dive deeper into yoga—to go beyond the physical practice and explore its philosophy and roots.
Je suis alors partie à Bali pour me former en Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin et Nidra. Là-bas j’ai été frappée par la profondeur de ce que le yoga nous enseigne et la résonance de cette philosophie avec mes valeurs.
