Breathwork
MIJA SCHOOL ✺ 2026
Breathwork is the natural extension of what I already explore through pranayama: using the breath to quiet the mind, release emotions, and go deeper into the felt sense.
Trained in conscious breathing techniques, pranayama and deep breathing practices, I guide individuals and groups through structured, safe and personalised sessions — whether for stress management, emotional release or simply coming back to yourself.

YIN YOGA BALI SCHOOL ✺ 2025
After my 200h, I went back to Bali to go further and earn my 500h. This is the advanced training you choose when you want to go beyond classical teaching — exploring the subtleties of yoga, refining your practice, and truly embodying what you transmit.
I deepened my knowledge of Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, with a particular focus on functional anatomy, fascial intelligence and skeletal variations — understanding how to adapt each posture to each body. I also explored yoga therapy, prenatal yoga, MyoYin and somatic and trauma-informed approaches.
Alongside this, the training opened me to a broader understanding of yoga: yogic philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian theory and the five-element framework — all of which I naturally integrate into how I design and teach my classes today.
Vinyasa, Hatha, Asthanga - 200h
HOUSE OF OHM BALI ✺ 2024
This is where it all began. The 200h is the foundational training — the one that builds the solid base for teaching yoga and obtaining an international Yoga Alliance certification.
Over 20 immersive days in Ubud, in the heart of the Balinese jungle, I explored Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, with deep work on alignment, anatomy and teaching methodology — how to structure a class, guide with the voice, adjust postures and adapt to different bodies.
The training also covered the philosophical foundations of yoga (Patanjali's sutras, chakras, energy systems), a wide range of pranayama techniques, as well as meditation and yoga nidra. It's where I truly understood that yoga is so much more than a physical practice — and that this is what I wanted to share.
