Every Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 10:15 AM, I offer a Vinyasa class in Biarritz, on the wooden outdoor terrace of Hôtel Saint Charles.
The class is open to everyone, regardless of your flexibility or whether you already practice yoga or want to discover it.
The class lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, in a small group of up to 10 people, in a beautiful spot in the heart of Biarritz.
The class theme is revealed on my Instagram a few days in advance if you'd like to know more. mon instagram quelques jours avant si vous avez envie d’en savoir plus.
I want to talk to you about what yoga truly is.
People often say to me:
“Oh no, I’m not flexible—yoga isn’t for me.”
But in yoga, it’s not the flexibility of the body that matters—it’s the flexibility of the mind.
Yoga teaches us to observe the mind, to calm it, to center it, and to access deeper levels of inner clarity.
Patanjali, considered the father of yoga, defined yoga 2,500 years ago as a process of controlling the fluctuations of the mind.
It’s about developing our capacity to be deeply aware, present, and aligned—by harmonizing body, mind, and breath.
Postures (asanas) are only one of eight steps, designed to prepare the body for stillness and the meditative state.
To access inner transformation, to return to oneself.
Yes, sometimes we don’t feel all that during a class.
And me too—some days, I just want to stretch or move, and that’s totally okay.
Yoga is what happens on your mat…
But most of all, it’s what changes within you once the mat is put away.
