1. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>

These terms govern the sale of in-person yoga classes offered by Wave of Yoga through the website www.waveofyoga.com. www.waveofyoga.com<\/a>.<\/p>

2. Booking and Payment<\/strong><\/p>

Bookings are made online via the site, with secure payment through Stripe.
A class is considered booked once payment is confirmed.
Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the class starts<\/strong> (especially for the \u201cmat provided\u201d option).<\/p>

3. Participant Limit<\/strong><\/p>

Each class is limited to 15 participants. Beyond this, bookings are no longer accepted.<\/p>

4. Pricing<\/strong><\/p>

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT.
Rates may include optional add-ons (e.g., mat rental), clearly indicated during booking.<\/p>

5. Cancellation & Refund<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellation by the client:<\/strong> :
\u2022 Up to 12h avant<\/strong> before class: full refund.
\u2022 Moins de 12h avant : 12 hours before: no refund.<\/strong>.<\/p>

Cancellation by Wave of Yoga:<\/strong> :
\u2022 In case of cancellation (e.g., due to weather), Wave of Yoga reserves the right to cancel up to 10 minutes before<\/strong> the start of class.
\u2022 In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.<\/strong>.<\/p>

6. Health & Liability<\/strong><\/p>
